Codemasters acquires Barely Mad Studios

Codemasters has acquired Barely Mad Studios. This expands Codemasters portfolio (GRID, DiRT, F1) to now embrace the Mission Automobiles franchise and an untitled Hollywood blockbuster recreation. Frank Sagnier will stay CEO of Codemasters Group plc (contains Barely Mad Studios) and Ian Bell will retain his place of Founder and CEO of Barely Mad Studios.
